In the context of service delivery, clients may grant RankMeUp access to their digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, WordPress, among others). Such access is used exclusively to carry out the contracted services and does not constitute a collection of personal data belonging to our clients' end customers, who remain under the responsibility of each data controller.

RankMeUp does not collect sensitive data as defined by the LFPDPPP.

3.Purposes of the Processing of Personal Data

Primary purposes

• Identification, contact and follow-up with clients and prospects.
• Digital marketing services: strategic planning, content and social media management, SEO and organic positioning.
• Paid advertising services: creation, management and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Web services: design, development and maintenance of websites, online stores (eCommerce) and landing pages.
• Branding services: brand strategy and identity.
• Process automation and AI-based intelligent agents.
• Preparation and delivery of reports, proposals, deliverables and communications related to active projects.
• Handling questions, comments, complaints and suggestions.
• Issuance of tax receipts under the applicable regulations.

Secondary purposes

• Sending information about new services, updates or valuable content.
• Satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement actions.
• Creation of success stories or portfolio materials, subject to the client's express authorization.

If you do not wish your data to be processed for the secondary purposes, you may let us know at any time at info@rankmeup.mx. Such refusal will not be grounds for denying you the contracted services.

4.Transfer of Personal Data and Use of Third-Party Tools

RankMeUp will not disclose or sell your personal data to third parties. However, in order to properly deliver its services, RankMeUp uses third-party tools and platforms that may incidentally process data, including:

• Advertising and analytics: Google (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager), Meta (Facebook Ads, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads.
• Content management and SEO: Metricool, Semrush, WordPress.
• eCommerce: Shopify.
• Communication and collaboration: WhatsApp Business, email.
• Technology infrastructure and AI used to operate automated agents.

These platforms operate under their own privacy policies and are responsible for the data processing that takes place within their systems. RankMeUp is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.

Where required by law or upon an order from a competent authority, RankMeUp may disclose personal information. Under no circumstances will it market, sell or rent personal data to third parties without the data subject's prior consent.

5.Access to Clients' Digital Platforms

As part of the contracted services, clients may grant RankMeUp administrator or collaborator access to their digital platforms (Google Ads accounts, Meta Business Manager, Shopify, WordPress, among others). RankMeUp undertakes to:

• Use such access exclusively to carry out the agreed services.
• Not extract, share or use for any other purpose the data, reports or information contained in those platforms.
• Respect the access levels granted and not modify settings beyond the scope of the contracted service.
• Revoke the RankMeUp team's access once the business relationship ends, or at the client's request at any time.

6.Automation Services and Artificial Intelligence Agents

As part of the services offered, RankMeUp designs, implements and operates automated agents and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that may process data provided by the client in order to execute the agreed flows, tasks and processes. RankMeUp undertakes to:

• Use the data processed by AI agents solely for the purposes agreed with the client.
• Not use client data to train third-party artificial intelligence models, except with express written consent.
• Inform the client about the AI providers involved, their privacy policies and the data they process.
• Implement adequate security measures to protect the information processed through automated systems.

7.ARCO Rights

You have the right to exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time:

To exercise your ARCO rights, send a written request to info@rankmeup.mx with the following information:

• Full name of the data subject.
• A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data involved.
• A simple copy of an official photo ID.
• The means through which you provided your data and the approximate date.

RankMeUp will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days, as established by the LFPDPPP.

8.Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data at any time by sending your request to info@rankmeup.mx. Please note that withdrawing consent may make it impossible to continue providing the contracted services when data processing is essential to their execution.
